Perfect for a cozy getaway
Everything was perfect. The staff was very cute and even offered us drinks and snacks right when we arrived, really set the mood for our stay.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable.

We stayed in a Duplex Double Room, and it was stunning. The decor was elegant, and the bed was super comfy. It even came with a small terrace which was a nice touch. The room was a bit on the smaller side compared to what we're used to, but the overall vibe was cozy and inviting. We also loved the little details, like the high-quality toiletries and fresh chocolates left in the room. Just a great experience all around!

great character but minor noise issues
The courtyard offered a serene atmosphere that became our favorite spot. The breakfast was a delightful spread, beautifully arranged with a variety of options for every taste. The staff's attentiveness was remarkable. they genuinely cared about our comfort and satisfaction.
The room noise levels could be improved as we heard some outside chatter.

Incredibly attentive staff greeted me upon arrival, making check-in feel special. The complimentary drinks and snacks added a nice touch. My room was lovely and offered a quiet retreat. The shower had excellent water pressure, providing a refreshing experience. Evening guitar music in the courtyard created a magical ambiance. The location was ideal, just a short walk to major attractions like the cathedral. Breakfast, however, fell short. The hot dishes were often cold, and the coffee service was sluggish. Also, my room had limited natural light due to its ground floor positioning, making it feel a bit closed in. Navigating to the hotel was tricky without direct car access, requiring a bit of a walk to get to the entrance. Overall, I loved the unique atmosphere but hope they improve their breakfast options.

Well-appointed suite with luxurious Molton Brown toiletries made for a comfortable stay. The delightful breakfasts featured a standout savory flan each morning, and enjoying live guitar music in the charming courtyard was a highlight. The central location facilitated easy access to nearby attractions. However, be prepared to walk a bit from the nearest taxi drop-off, as the hotel is on a pedestrian-only street.

The location is superb, tucked away on a quiet side street yet close to the Alcazar and Cathedral—perfect for escaping the crowds. The evenings offer live guitar performances in the courtyard, adding a unique touch to the stay, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.
The hotel has some quirks that might not appeal to everyone. Access can be tricky, as it’s hidden away and not easily visible—definitely not the easiest place to locate after a long trip. Noise can be an issue, especially from outside and within. My room had old windows that didn’t do much for sound insulation, making early mornings less than ideal with street sounds and activity below. While the breakfast spread is decent, the preset eggs missed the mark for me. I would have preferred them cooked to order to add freshness. Also, I noticed some wear in the decor, particularly the furnishings, suggesting it's seen better days. If you're picky about these details, just keep them in mind.
